Terms of Service

The service

Lammirian is a personal-finance app for recording and connecting accounts, organizing transactions, viewing forecasts, running what-if scenarios, and using AI-assisted tools. Some features require an internet connection, a supported device, a third-party account, or a paid subscription.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use the service.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for the accuracy of the information you enter. Bank connections are read-only and may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable because of bank or Plaid systems.

You must be at least 13 years old and old enough to agree to these terms where you live. You keep ownership of the information you enter; you give us the limited rights needed to store and process it to run, secure, and improve the service, including the AI-improvement program described in the Privacy Policy (you can opt out in Settings).

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans and current prices are shown in the app before purchase. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and automatically renew unless you cancel them through the same store before the renewal date. Your store account controls payment, cancellation, refunds, and renewal timing. Deleting Lammirian or your Lammirian account does not by itself cancel a store subscription.

Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled through your App Store or Google Play account before the trial ends.

Not financial advice

Lammirian provides tools for organizing information. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Forecasts, simulations, AI responses, web research, and scenario results are estimates for informational purposes only. They may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong and do not guarantee a future result.

You are responsible for checking important information and deciding what to do with your money. Consult a qualified professional when you need advice for your situation.

Acceptable use

You may not use Lammirian to:

• break the law, commit fraud, or violate another person's rights;
• access another person's account or data without permission;
• interfere with, probe, overload, or bypass the app's security or access controls;
• upload malicious code or use automated access that harms the service; or
• resell or copy the service except where the law expressly allows it.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time in Settings. Lammirian may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, with notice where practicable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan. If you use Lammirian from another country, you are responsible for compliance with local laws that apply to you.

Service availability and warranties

We work to keep Lammirian reliable, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent allowed by law, we do not promise that it will always be available, secure, or error-free, or that data, forecasts, AI output, bank connections, or notifications will always be accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Lammirian and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, savings, data, or opportunities arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Lammirian is currently operated by its founder as a private individual; a corporate operator may be substituted in the future, and these terms will be updated accordingly.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice in the app or by another appropriate method. Continuing to use Lammirian after the updated terms take effect means you accept them.
